Essay
1. The College Republicans executive board is large. That being said, it can be hard for an overseer to keep track of the tasks of individuals. People who are successful on the College Republicans board are those who are innovative. Not only do they do what is asked of them, but they create their own tasks and ideas. Please outline specific plans that you would like to see your position complete this semester.
2. College Republicans is an organization that requires a lot of work and dedication. Unlike other political positions it does not offer pay or internship credit. What will motivate you to perform your day to day tasks? Do you foresee this motivation waning at any point during the next semester?
