This week the UGA College Republicans along with Dawgs for Israel and Pi Sigma Alpha are pleased to welcome United States Senator Johnny Isakson to campus to speak.
Senator Isakson will be speaking this Wednesday, November 10th, at 2:00pm in the Chapel on North Campus. Please note this is a different time and location from our normal meetings.
Senator Isakson is a 1966 graduate of the University of Georgia and has been serving the people of Georgia since the 1970s. Senator Isakson has previously served 17 years in the Georgia Legislature, 3 years as Chairman of the Georgia Board of Education, and 3 terms in the United States House of Representatives. He was elected to the United States Senate in 2004 and was reelected to a second term in the Senate during last week’s election.
This is a great opportunity to hear Senator Isakson speak as well as ask questions. Hope to see you there!
