Join College Republians at our first meeting as we host State Rep. Bob Smith. Rep. Smith, who is also Vice-Chairman of the Appropriations Committee, will be speaking about the tough economic crisis in the State, and giving insight to the appropriations process and funding for the University of Georgia.

Rep. Bob Smith is a graduate of the University of Georgia, and he and his wife have three children. Rep. Smith has served in the House since 1998.

This meeting will take place on Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at 6:00 PM in Zell B Miller Student Learning Center (MLC/SLC) Room 250.
