Only active members shall be allowed to vote on the constitutional question.
Article XXV. Effective Date and Supremacy Clause
Section 1. This constitution shall take effect immediately following its ratification by the UGA College Republicans. The ratification vote shall follow the guidelines established by the first amendment of the 2004 UGA CR Constitution.
Section 2. Once adopted, this constitution shall become the supreme law governing the UGA College Republicans.
