Ian is a junior majoring in psychology and philosophy and served as Secretary in his first year with College Republicans. He has worked on Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal’s campaign and for Congressman Paul Broun (GA-10) in Washington, D.C. He also serves on the Executive Council of Sigma Pi Fraternity.

Shae Phelps is a sophomore from Leesburg, GA majoring in Political Science.  Shae has been involved with UGA College Republicans since the first semester of her freshman year and has served as Chairman of the External Affairs committee for the past two semesters. She is looking forward to helping the organization grow through promotion around the UGA Campus and the Athens area.

Jared Peden is a sophomore at The University of Georgia where he is majoring in Political Science.  As Membership Director, Jared loves to meet new people and work with people towards pushing the platform of the Republican Party.  Jared has previously served as the Chairman of the Issues Awareness Committee and helped bring the first debate of the 2010 Gubernatorial GOP Primary to the campus of UGA.  In his free time, Jared enjoys playing tennis and going bowling.  He is an avid country music fan.

Brittany is a sophomore from Newnan, Georgia, majoring in political science and English.  She has been involved with College Republicans since her freshman year and previously served as the Membership Director for the organization. She is currently interning for Congressman Paul Broun (GA-10).

Jamie Jordan is from Griffin, GA and a recent graduate of Griffin High School. He is a freshman at the University of Georgia and is double-majoring in Political Science and International Affairs. In high school, he was involved with the Georgia Teen Republicans as the Central Georgia Chairman. In the future, he plans to pursue a career in state or national politics. He is excited about his involvement in UGA College Republicans and looks forward to committing his time and efforts to helping the club grow and become an even stronger force for conservative politics.

Katelyn is a sophomore from Gainesville, Georgia majoring in political science and Spanish and previously served as the Fundraising Director for College Republicans. She currently works for Congressman Paul Broun (GA-10) and is the Communications Director for the Georgia Association of College Republicans.

Savanna is a sophomore from Leesburg, Georgia majoring in Social Studies Education. She has been involved with College Republicans since her first semester at UGA and has previously served as a member of the Issues Awareness Committee. After graduation, she plans to teach high school American History.

Brandon Howell is the Campus and Community Outreach Coordinator for College Republicans at UGA. It is his job to establish healthy relationships with other groups on campus as well as the community around UGA. He is a sophomore majoring in Political Science and is originally from Dodge County, GA. In addition to politics he also loves sports and movies. Favorite quote: “Sodomize Intolerance”.

Wes Robinson is a second year Political Science major.  Under his appointed position, he works to increase membership and work coercively with the University of Georgia’s Greek Community.
